Please note that your notification of acceptance does not constitute registration. After you have received your notification of acceptance, please register and pay the conference fees using the Oxford Abstracts account associated with your submission(s).

Please be aware of the following:

• If you need the invoice to be in the name of your institution, please do not use the ‘pay with card’ option. Instead, use the ‘payment link’ or ‘offline payment’ options.
• We are a non-profit organisation. Since reimbursements incur costs for us, they are only allowed in exceptional circumstances and in no event after 25 July.
