Fully-formed panels
We also welcome fully-formed panels on any subject related to law in Europe. Fully-formed panels are sessions composed of multiple individual papers organized around a common theme. A session lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Composition of fully-formed panels
Papers: Each panel must have a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 papers.
Chair: Each panel must have a chair (who may be a paper presenter)
Discussant: Each panel can have a discussant (optional)
Submission process
Prior to submission of the panel: Prior to the panel submission, all panel participants (chair, discussants, authors) must have completed their individual submissions and obtained a reference ID. Reference IDs are provided in the submission confirmation email.

Submission requirements: submissions for fully-formed panel must meet the following requirements:
- Title and Abstract: Provide a title and 150-250 word abstract in English.
- Name and reference ID of panel participants: Please provide the names and reference IDs for all the participants so that the submissions can be properly linked.
Editing your submissions
You can modify existing submissions through the Oxford Abstract Dashboard until the submission deadline. Do not create new submissions for corrections.
Next Steps
Submissions will remain open until 15 April 2025. You should receive notification of our decision on 30 April 2025 at the latest.
If your proposal is accepted, you can register for the conference and pay your conference fees via Oxford Abstracts. The relevant details and deadline for doing so will be included in the acceptance email.
